Located in Tamber gulf. It is a small heavily fortified island in the Vosk delta, 200 pasangs South-East of Tidal marshes and 400 pasangs South-East of Port Kar.

Located on the north side of the island is the Scribes Hall, a vast complex of libraries, studies and offices. The scribes of the hall have scoured all of Gor to consolidate all of its wealth of knowledge in one place. Trading, copying and buying scrolls and manuscripts, bringing Gor in all its beauty and savagery to all who want to learn.

Beside the main compound lies the training area, armories and barracks of the Caste of Warriors that protect the lovely inhabitants of this beautiful island. The arena and tarn cots face faraway yet still so near squalid Port Kar. Most of the island is covered by tarn wire and surrounded by tall walls patrolled by warriors sworn to it’s home stone.

But what covers the bulk of the island is the reason for it. Beautiful gardens large and small dot the interior, with many fountains and streams both natural and man-made. Grass covered expanses as training areas and beautiful buildings rising gracefully up out of the landscape house the lovely merchandize that is the mainstay and reason for this island fortress. From the slave pens to the breeding pens, true kajirae step forth to the block to be sold. Training to rival the once great house of Cernus of Ar, produce the most graceful and sought after creatures on Gor.
